Full Access Terms of Service

The BluPrnt Collective, LLC · Version 2026-10-13. Includes the Privacy Notice, the AI Usage Policy, and the disclaimers, waivers, and arbitration agreement.

Each section opens with a short summary in plain words. The summary helps you read; the full text underneath is what you agree to.

1. The agreement

In plain words. This is a contract between you and BluPrnt. Creating an account or using the app means you accept it.

These Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, the AI Usage Policy, and the disclaimers and waivers below are together called the "Terms". They form a binding agreement between you and The BluPrnt Collective, LLC ("BluPrnt", "we", "us").

The Terms cover BluPrnt Full Access and everything in it: the Desk, the Decision Sorter, the Labs BluPrnt builder, the Gut systemology module, the Library, the peptide reference, client reports, and any related content, tools, and services (the "Service").

You accept the Terms when you do any of these:

  • create an account
  • click to accept
  • type your name as a signature
  • use the Service

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you accept for a practice or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that entity.

2. Membership and access

In plain words. Your seat is yours alone. Access codes can change, and billing is handled by your Collective enrollment, not by these Terms.

Full Access is a membership product of the BluPrnt Collective. Your seat is personal:

  • do not share your password or access code
  • do not let anyone else use your seat
  • you are responsible for everything that happens under your account

Access codes are issued by the Collective. We may rotate, revoke, or limit them at any time.

We may suspend or end your access without notice if we believe the Terms have been breached, if your membership lapses, or to protect the Service or other members.

Membership fees, billing, and cancellation are handled through the Collective's enrollment agreement. These Terms do not change them. No refund is owed for time you did not use the Service.

3. Not medical advice and no practitioner relationship

In plain words. This is education and software for practitioners. It never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes, and every decision about a client is yours.

The Service provides health education, coaching frameworks, reference material, and software tools for practitioners.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription for anyone. It does not create a physician-patient, provider-patient, or any other clinical relationship between you, your clients, and BluPrnt or Dominic Kuza.

Optimal ranges, flags, patterns, protocol suggestions, sequencing, and every other output are educational starting points drawn from published literature and coaching practice. They are not a standard of care. They are not a validated medical device and have not been reviewed by the FDA or any regulator.

As the practitioner, you alone decide for each client:

  • whether to refer out
  • whether a value is urgent
  • whether any supplement, food, training, or lifestyle change is appropriate for that person

Any medication, hormone, or peptide decision belongs to a licensed prescriber who has examined the client.

Never delay or avoid care from a licensed medical professional because of something read in the Service. If a client may be having an emergency, direct them to emergency services immediately.

4. Scope of practice and your licensure

In plain words. You stay inside your own legal scope of practice. Something being in the Library does not make it yours to deliver.

You confirm that you hold, and will keep current, every license, certification, registration, and insurance your jurisdiction requires for the services you deliver. You will use the Service only within your lawful scope of practice.

Content in the Service may describe interventions that are outside your scope or unlawful where you practice. Its presence in the Library does not mean you may deliver it. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, board rules, and professional standards that apply to you.

You will not tell any client that BluPrnt, the Collective, or Dominic Kuza reviewed, approved, prescribed, or supervised that client's care.

5. Lab interpretation, optimal ranges, and the BluPrnt

In plain words. The lab reader is software plus AI and it makes mistakes. Check every imported value against the original report. Optimal ranges are coaching targets, not diagnoses.

The Labs module reads lab reports you upload, maps values to a catalog of biomarkers, compares them with educational "optimal" ranges, and assembles a BluPrnt of flags, patterns, and protocol suggestions.

The reader is software plus an AI model. It can and will make mistakes, including:

  • misreading numbers
  • confusing units
  • picking the wrong marker or missing one
  • treating a reference bound as the result

You must compare every imported value with the original lab report before relying on it, and correct or remove anything wrong. The edit screens exist for this. A BluPrnt built on an unverified import is your responsibility.

Optimal ranges in the Service are narrower than laboratory reference ranges and reflect a coaching perspective. Two things follow:

  • a value inside the laboratory's reference range but outside our optimal range is not a disease
  • a value outside the laboratory's reference range may need urgent medical attention regardless of what the Service says

Laboratory critical values must go to a licensed provider.

Rules, range overrides, and protocols you create are yours. The Service applies them exactly as written and does not check them for safety or accuracy.

6. Peptides, hormones, SARMs, and other compounds

In plain words. Compound content is reference only. BluPrnt does not sell, recommend, dose, or prescribe anything, and you accept all risk if you or a client uses one.

The peptide reference, cycle planners, and any content mentioning peptides, hormones, SARMs, research chemicals, or prescription medications are provided strictly for education.

Many of these compounds are unapproved for human use, controlled, banned in sport, or legal only when prescribed and monitored by a licensed prescriber.

BluPrnt does not sell, source, recommend, dose, or prescribe any such compound. Nothing in the Service is a suggestion to obtain or use one. You will not use the Service to advise a client to buy or use a compound outside a lawful prescription and medical supervision.

You accept all risk arising from any decision by you or your client to use any compound described in the Service.

7. AI Usage Policy

In plain words. AI reads documents and drafts suggestions for you. Treat its output as a draft from a tool that does not understand medicine or your client. You review and decide.

The Service uses third-party large language models and other machine learning systems ("AI") to read documents, extract values, draft summaries, sort and classify text, and surface suggestions. Screens with AI output carry a notice.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or made up, and it may be presented confidently. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and deciding whether to use it. BluPrnt makes no warranty about the accuracy of any AI output.

What happens to what you submit:

  • documents and text you send to an AI feature go to the model provider through Vercel's AI Gateway to produce the result
  • we do not use your content to train models, and our provider contracts prohibit the providers from doing so
  • we cannot control a provider's systems, so do not upload a document you are not permitted to share with a processor, and remove information the feature does not need

You will not use AI features to create content that is unlawful or deceptive, or to present AI output to a client as a licensed professional's determination without your own review. You will not try to extract model weights, prompts, or other members' data, or make a model act outside its intended purpose.

AI features depend on third-party availability and may change, degrade, or be removed at any time.

8. Your clients' information and your obligations

In plain words. You control your clients' data. You must already hold every consent needed to enter it here, including consent to AI processing. No HIPAA-protected data unless we have signed a BAA.

You may enter or upload information about your clients: names, dates of birth, lab reports, symptom questionnaires, and health history. You are the controller of that information. BluPrnt processes it only to provide the Service to you.

For every client whose information you enter, you confirm that you have obtained every consent, authorization, and notice required by law and by your professional rules. That includes any consent needed to upload their health information to a software service and to have it processed by AI models. You will give a client a copy of their data, or delete it, when they ask.

BluPrnt is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA unless we have signed a separate Business Associate Agreement with you. Without one, do not enter protected health information that you hold as a covered entity.

Two more limits:

  • do not enter information about anyone under 18 unless you have authority from their parent or guardian and the law permits it
  • do not enter information about a person who has asked you not to

Client reports you generate and share are your communications to your client. You are responsible for their contents and how you deliver them.

9. Privacy Notice

In plain words. We keep what you give us and what you create, store it in the US, and use it only to run the Service. We do not sell it or share client data with other members.

What we collect:

  • what you give us: name, email, password hash, practice profile, timezone
  • what you create: tasks, decisions, clients, lab values, assessments, rules, protocols
  • technical records: IP address, browser, timestamps, and your acceptance of these Terms

We use it to run the Service, keep it secure, support you, and meet legal obligations.

Data is stored with Neon (Postgres) and Vercel in the United States. AI features send the relevant content to the model provider through Vercel's AI Gateway. We do not sell your information and we do not share client information with other members of the Collective.

You may export your data or ask us to delete your account by writing to the contact address below. Some records, including acceptance records and audit logs, are kept as long as the law or our legitimate interests require.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies in the Service.

10. Intellectual property and license

In plain words. BluPrnt owns the methods, catalog, and software. You get a personal license to use them with your own clients. You own what you create.

The Service, the BluPrnt methods, the biomarker catalog, optimal ranges, pattern library, protocol library, sequencing, written content, design, and software are owned by BluPrnt or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service and to produce client reports for your own clients. Clients may keep the reports you give them.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, publish, train a model on, or build a competing product from the Service or its content.

You own the data and content you create. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and back it up to provide the Service, and to use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the Service.

11. Acceptable use

In plain words. Use the Service lawfully and leave other members alone.

Do not:

  • share your seat
  • probe or bypass security, or upload malware
  • use the Service to break any law or professional rule
  • harass anyone or misrepresent your credentials
  • use automated tools to access the Service except through interfaces we provide
  • interfere with another member's use

We may remove content and suspend accounts that we believe violate this section.

12. Assumption of risk

In plain words. Nutrition, supplements, training, and lifestyle changes carry real risk, and so does being wrong about a lab. You accept those risks for yourself and for the clients you work with here.

You understand that nutrition, supplementation, training, and lifestyle interventions carry risk, including:

  • allergic reactions and interactions with medications
  • injury
  • worsening of an existing condition
  • in rare cases, serious harm or death

You understand that lab interpretation and AI output can be wrong, and that these risks apply to you and to every client you work with using the Service.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and from any decision you make, or any advice you give, with its help.

13. Release and waiver of liability

In plain words. You agree not to sue BluPrnt, the Collective, Dominic Kuza, or their people over anything connected to the Service, including their own negligence where the law allows.

The "Released Parties" are The BluPrnt Collective, LLC, the BluPrnt Collective, Dominic Kuza, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, and licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Released Parties over any claim, demand, loss, or liability of any kind arising from your use of the Service, any content or output in it, any decision you or your client make in reliance on it, or any injury, illness, or loss suffered by you or your client, whether caused by a Released Party's negligence or otherwise.

This release covers claims you know about and claims you do not yet know about. It binds your heirs, assigns, and representatives. If your jurisdiction does not allow a release of certain claims, this release applies to the fullest extent it allows.

14. Indemnification

In plain words. If a client, regulator, or anyone else brings a claim because of your work or your breach of these Terms, you cover the cost.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, brought by a client, a regulator, or any third party and arising from:

  • your use of the Service
  • your services to clients
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of law or professional rules
  • information you entered without proper consent

15. Disclaimer of warranties

In plain words. The Service comes as is. We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or right for any client.

The Service and all content and output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for any client.

16. Limitation of liability

In plain words. We are not liable for indirect losses or for harm to a client. Our total liability is capped at $100 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business; or for any personal injury or death of any client, arising from the Service or these Terms, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility.

The total liability of the Released Parties for all claims arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid BluPrnt for access to the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. There, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. These limitations are an essential basis of the bargain between you and us.

17. Dispute resolution, binding arbitration, and class action waiver

In plain words. Disputes go to individual arbitration, not court. You give up jury trials and class actions. You can opt out by email within 30 days of first accepting.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

Step 1, talk first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to write to us at the contact address below describing the dispute and to work with us in good faith for 60 days to resolve it.

Step 2, arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the Service or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator, not a court, decides what is arbitrable. The seat of arbitration is Wayne County, Michigan, and hearings may be held by video. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Jury and class waiver. You and BluPrnt each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Claims may be brought only individually. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court, not arbitration, and this section still applies to all other claims.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing the contact address below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your name, your email, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other section.

18. Governing law and venue

In plain words. Michigan law applies. Anything that is not arbitrated goes to the courts in Wayne County, Michigan.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules.

For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

19. Electronic signature and records

In plain words. Clicking accept and typing your name is a real signature. We keep a record of when, which version, and from where.

Clicking to accept and typing your name are your electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and applicable state law, with the same force as a handwritten signature.

You consent to receive these Terms, notices, and records electronically.

We keep a record of each acceptance: the version accepted, the time, your IP address, and your browser. You can download or print the current Terms from the Legal page at any time.

20. Changes to the Terms and the Service

In plain words. When the Terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. The Service itself can change at any time.

We may update these Terms. When we do, the version date at the top changes and you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor.

These Terms, together with the Collective's enrollment agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

21. Contact

In plain words. Write to dom@team-kuza.com.

Questions, data requests, arbitration opt-outs, and notices go to dom@team-kuza.com. Put "Full Access Terms" in the subject line.
